Morocco

As well as failing to qualify for the World Cup, Morocco also failed to qualify for the African Nations Cup. Morocco won the African Nations Cup back in 1976  with the closest they have got to repeating this being on 2004 when they finished second.

The new Morocco jerseys are manufactured by Puma who now manufacture most of the shirts for African countries. The Morocco home shirt is green with  red detailing around the end of the sleeves.

Morocco were the first African team to win a group at the World Cup which they did back in 1986, but they were narrowly defeated 1-0 by eventual winners West Germany in the next round. Since then Morocco have qualified twice in 1994 and 1998 but have failed to make it past round 1
