Lazio are one of the two major football teams that are located in Rome. The club was founded in 1900 and have spent most of their time in the top tier of Italian football. Lazio have won the Scudetto twice, the Coppa Italia five times, the Italian Super Cup three times and both the Uefa Cup Winners Cup and the Uefa Super Cup once. The club have experienced a good bit of success over the years but the last time they won the league was in the 1999-2000 season and it has been a while since they came close to repeating this.
